About this online resource
Fun to Save is designed to appeal to the younger user and their parents/ carers.
It will enable you to introduce the concept of money and saving to your child through
the easy to play games which will encourage your child to be an independent and
confident learner.
While playing the games children will be rewarded with points which can be saved
and used to spend in the virtual shop.
As well as games to play there are useful suggestions for activities to do with
your child away from the computer.
Junior ISA
On 1 November 2011 the government launched a new savings product called the Junior
ISA. Every child under 18 who lives in the UK and does not already hold a Child
Trust Fund, can open a Junior ISA. Both products are a great way for families to
save for their children’s future. There’s a government website that explains your
options further.
